Astoria Market’s Pre-Mother’s Day shopping extravaganza is this Sunday, April 29th from 12 to 6pm at the Main Hall at Bohemian Hall and Beer Garden.

This event will feature 23 first-time vendors joining some of your favorite regulars, so there should be plenty of cool stuff for mom, or just to treat yourself. Among the first-timers you’ll find yummy chocolates, cupcakes, and food baskets, as well as unique gift items such as hand-painted vases, plant terrariums, lanyard dolls, totes, eco friendly art, and much, much, more!

Of course, you can always go downstairs to the Beer Garden and order up your favorite beer and some authentic Czech and Slovak dishes. You can even bring your beer up to the market and sip while you shop – it’s all part of the Beer Garden! Continue reading →
